Strathberry needed several paid social ad variations produced in a short window for Instagram and Facebook. I took their existing campaign footage and added on-screen text, promotions and branding so the films were ready to run as ads, while keeping the focus on the product and the brand's premium positioning.

Support the footage, don't fight it.
Strathberry is a luxury brand, so the goal wasn't to make the ads loud. Any text or graphics I added were there to support the footage, not distract from it, so the ads still felt high-end and on-brand.

Rapid versioning under shifting requirements.
The brief kept evolving — wording, logo placement and layout requirements changed throughout. I tested different text layouts quickly so we could find what worked best without losing time.

One source of truth for a scattered workflow.
Project information was split across Excel, Teams and Dropbox, making briefs, feedback and asset progress difficult to track. I created a central Trello board connecting each deliverable to its source footage, copy requirements, feedback and production status, so priorities and revisions stayed clear as the creative direction evolved.
